Terreiro do Paço is an emblematic restaurant, facing the most beautiful square in Lisboa. It offers a “National Cuisine”, an innovative concept of the chef Vitor Sobral, who tries to pay homage to the Portuguese culinary traditions and products, developing
a new attitude, producing innovative experiences. By using high quality, regional products, the restaurant
promotes Portuguese gastronomic culture in three different icnonografic environments: the outside esplanade covered by the square’s arches which extends into the Terreiro snack area, and finally the Paço, the gastronomic space, whose interior is an authentic architectonic jewel, enriched by the contemporary intervention of the
well known architect Silva Dias.
