Régua is the capital of the Douro. And like everywhere else in the north of Portugal, here one eats well and a lot. But with the qualitative evolution of the region's wines, namely of the table wines, there was the need of a refined, more cosmopolitan space, according to the elegance achieved by wine producers. This was the main reason that made the Ribeiro Family

to invest in this contemporary place, which is the result of the restoration of an old building in the Régua's Marginal Road. The bar and the restaurant have a Philippe Stark's decoration, whose modernism contrasts with the classicism of the front. But what really fascinates in the Douro In is the fantastic view over the river whose name it bears.

Como chegar

Coming from Lisboa, take the
A1 motorway towards North.
At Albergaria, exit to the IP5 towards Viseu (motorway) and, once there, take the A24 until Régua.

Coming from Porto, take the
A4 motorway until Amarante
and follow the IP4 until Vila Real, where you should take the A24 towards Régua.

Douro In is in the Marginal Avenue of the town, right in front of the river quay from where the tourist boats of the Douro leave.
