The booking only will be confirmed with payment, by bank transfer, of 50%.

The 50% paid as signal with booking will be lost if the client cancel:
- Less than 30 days from check in for bookings 7 or more nights
- Less than 15 days from check in for bookings less than 7 nights

Remain value will be paid 5 days before check in.
In check-in also will be charged as well a guarantee value
according to the booking will be the value of a one night stand,
that will be returned with check-out if noting is damage.

The guarantee will be lost also if the occupation is more than it was settled.

50€ will be charged if the house is over dirty or disorder beyond normal use.
