Reservation deposit:
20% of the total amount - the remainder is to be paid upon check-in

Check-in: from 3pm up to 10pm -  Check-out: up to 12pm

Cancellation:
Up to 15 days before check-in - deposit usable on another date, within 1 year.
Less than 15 days before check-in or “no-show” - no refund of the deposit
The total price of the stay will be charged in case of no-show or early check-out.

Minimum stays: 2 nights from June to September, weekends and special dates.

Pets: Not allowed

It is not allowed the use of the houses or common spaces of the property to people not included in the reservation.
