Reservation deposit:
Stays up to 3 nights – 1 night rental
More than 3 nights – 30% of the total amount
Cancellation:
Up to 7 days before check-in – free of charges
Between 7 and 3 days - 50% refund of the deposit
Less than 3 days before check-in – no refund of the deposit
Minimum stays (except for provided consulting the owner):
2 nights at weekends, during the year
7 nights in July and August (from Saturday to Saturday)
On festivities and long weekends, week days are considered as holidays
